The herb, Arnica montana, is a member of the daisy family. It makes up the gel base of this product and is known to help relieve injury-related pain, swelling, and bruising. The essential oil blend of Helichrysum and Lemon also help heal bruising, relieve pain and reduce swelling. Best kept in the refrigerator, a little goes a long way!
Contains: Boiron Homeopathic Arnica Gel (Arnica montana, alcohol, carbomer, dimethicone copolyol, purified water, sodium hydroxide); a blend of Helichrysum italicum and organic Lemon (Citrus limon) essential oils. For external use only; avoid eye contact. Paraben-free. 1/2oz.

This new, super awesome product offered by Sweet and Woodsy Aromatherapy has some many wonderful uses! My 11 year old is very active, and it’s not uncommon for her to have bumps and bruises. On one occasion, she tripped over a tree branch and she cut and bruised her knee. After we cleaned her cut, our go to product was Mindy’s gel. It is soothing, gentle and provided relief from the uncomfortable sting that can go along with a minor cut. I’ve used it on a tight Achilles, with excellent results. I highly recommend it for the whole family.
